Toros Tarım became one of the companies that were awarded the certificate by completing the program at the InoSUIT Certificate Ceremony held during Turkey Innovation Week. Nermin Aka, Assistant General Manager of Research, Planning, and Coordination, received the certificate on behalf of Toros Tarım.
The Turkey Innovation Week, centered around the “New Century of Innovation” theme this year was held at Haliç Congress Center between December 12-23. The event, attended by representatives from different sectors, was inaugurated by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Within the scope of the organization, InovaLIG Award Ceremony and InoSUIT Certificate Ceremony were held.
Toros Tarım, a Tekfen Group company, became one of the companies entitled to receive a certificate by completing the program at the ceremony held for the certificate given to the companies participating in the InoSUIT Program, in which the pioneers of corporate innovation took part. Nermin Aka, Assistant General Manager of Research, Planning, and Coordination at Toros Tarım received the certificate on behalf of the company.
Nermin Aka: “Our objective with the InoSUIT Program is to increase competency in managing innovation.”
In her statements about the certificate and the ceremony, Nermin Aka reminded that Toros Tarım joined the InoSUİT Program in 2019 to create a corporate innovation culture and to ensure the development of innovation projects within a system and said, “As part of the project coordinated by Toros Tarım R&D Center, we carried out activities based on university-industry-sector cooperation within the TİM-Toros Tarım-Mersin Teknopark (Technoscope) triangle. With the InoSUIT Program, we aim to increase competency in managing innovation, establish and strengthen the innovation management infrastructure, design corporate innovation systems, and implement innovation projects.”
